WHAT IS THE ASSOCIATE PROGRAM?

Our program is designed to provide associates with a learning experience that will launch their career in the real estate industry within a 12 month time frame. This high caliber and competitive program prepares our Associates to become successful, fully licensed Real Estate Brokers in the fastest growing real estate company in Canada. 

JLL facilitates an immersive environment leveraging internal resources, industry contacts, local talent rosters and outside business partners to contribute to the intensive learning process for all participating associates. At JLL we pair you with a mentor and buddy in order to ensure a smooth transition into our JLL family and culture.

  • Compensation Package: We want to set you up for success. Our first year associates are set up with a base compensation package while they work towards obtaining their license and are able to focus on honing their knowledge of the industry and skill set.

responsibility

  • Contribute to ongoing professional business development activities.
  • Provide a professional level of real estate based advisory and transactional services to clients.
  • Contribute to the Company achieving its gross revenue and net operating income objectives.
  • Contribute to the general business development efforts of the Company by representing the company.
  • Contribute expertise in a team-based work setting to various business opportunities conducted by other Company employees.
  • Constantly maintain an active inventory of "deals in progress" through ongoing client marketing and deal generation activities, reflecting the same in Deal​io and Work In Progress ("WIP") reporting.
  • Contribute to the control of operating expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  0-3 years maximum of relevant experience or combination of education and experience
  • Major in Sales and Marketing is an asset
  • Passion for the Commercial Real Estate Sector is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in another language, French is an asset
  • Professional yet personable demeanor
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • May require on-call activity after regular office hours​​​
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders
  • Positive and professional attitude and demonstrates professionalism at all times
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or Standard; CRM; MLS; and RECBC​

Achieve Ambitions like Michael


Michael Seetner Presents 3-30-300 Concept at JLL Rookie Bootcamp 2017

We are pleased to announce that Michael Seetner, Transaction Manager with the Tenant Representation Group in Toronto, represented Canada at the prestigious JLL’s Rookie Bootcamp in San Antonio, Texas where he presented the
3-30-300 concept.

The annual event provides a platform for JLL’s promising young talents who are new to JLL and the industry to connect and network with senior executives, business experts, potential partners and one another. The event, now in its third year, was held on April 25-26, 2017, and draws participants from JLL Offices across North America.
